My home is in the Sekenani Area and I am a graduate from the Wildlife Club of Kenya, Nairobi as well as having gone to guiding school. I have a long history working in the Mara and have been employed for over 12 years at Mara Sarova Game Camp. I first began working as a naturalist, and after seven years, I became a guide. We are the people who know about how to find animals— every morning we receive 50 calls with other guides asking about where animals can be found. I am very passionate about this environment— the nature, the animals, and the environment of the Mara. As Maasai, we really take care of the animals and land. I love working in the Mara. This is where I came from, where I was born, my land, my home.
