I come from Narok district in Kenya, Narok is found in the southern part of the country. Narok is home to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, which is among the wonders of the world. Narok is home to Maa speaking people (Maasai). I am a form four graduate from Narok Boys High School. I also graduated from the Field Guide Training Program through Prescott College. In high school, I was the founder and chairman of Narok High School’s Environment Club. I have been a voluntary teacher for one year and have attended many workshops to expand my knowledge of how to conserve the environment e.g. how to improve forest cover and how to stop human activities from forest destruction with county ecosystem conservator. Being a Maasai, I am privileged to be a pastoralist where domestic animals co-exist with the wild animals. I love nature because without nature the world would lack meaning and I love wildlife because it is all God’s creation. I love the Maasai Mara because it can conserve nature and wildlife for future generations.
