Sirkobei Ole Osono

I am from Sekenani and have extensive experience as a driver-guide, which has been my employment for 15 years. I go every two years to the U.S. giving presentations about Maasai culture and wildlife. I have worked in three camps in the Mara—Base Camp in 2002 as a driver guide, from 2007-2009 I joined Mara Leisure Camp, and I worked with JK Safaris from 2008-2009. From 2011, I began working for myself with my Land Cruiser as a driver-guide. The Mara is great, it is where I was born and grew up, where I work. Here there is nature and Maasai are nomadic, we maintain our traditional way of life. I have my own small company and love to collaborate and build positive opportunity in the Mara.
